Daniel Gelfand

I am a painter and printmaker since 1967. I studied at Southampton College, New York Studio School, Brooklyn Museum Art School, New Paltz College.  I have had two museum shows at Bard College and Southampton College, also at the Mid-Hudson Museum of Arts and Sciences, and Schenectady Museum (50 paintings). I have had numerous one person shows with many local arts organization and have used my skills to print for local artists as well.

I taught printmaking for three summers at Woodstock School of Art, and taught painting one semester at New Paltz.

I am somewhat gregarious despite working in a studio, and maybe considered satirical, funny, or not so funny if you ask my wife, daughter, and or granddaughter on any given day.
