Kicking off their first show of the summer season, members of the Saugerties Artists Studio Tour together with the Saugerties Historical Society presents the work of more 35 artists at The Dutch Barn Art & Heritage Gallery on July 14 through July 23.  A tradition that has emerged over the last 7 years and quickly developing into a “must see”, this year’s show is “artists’ choice” featuring a wide range of painting styles, printmaking, photography and mixed media, as well as sculpture, collage, and ceramic art.  All this under one roof in a unique spacious gallery environment on the grounds of the historic Kiersted House.

The gallery is located at 119 Main Street, Saugerties, behind the Kiersted House.  An opening reception will be held on Friday, July 14, from 5-7 p.m. and the exhibit will be open to the public on Saturdays, 11 to 5 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. starting July 15 and running through July 23.   Tour events are free and open to the public.
