In 2016 the Tour instituted a Memorial Invitation in honor of the memory of one of our beloved founding members, Jeff Schiller. We invite graduating students who intend to go on to a program of study in the arts to apply to exhibit a piece of their artwork at the Tour’s annual art exhibit. This is a rare opportunity to show evolving artwork alongside many professional artists and will be of value to aspiring artists and to those who come to see the show. The artists’ reception is attended by at least 200 people and the exhibit is open for one month. Press releases and publicity will be sent to area news outlets and the tour’s mailing lists.
